Rebecca Frankum grew up in Doylestown, PA. She attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Art History, as well as Bachelor of Music Education and a minor in Spanish. She is now an artist based out of Milton, DE and currently teach Visual Art at Sussex Academy.
